All pieces are created, inspected and packaged with care for you to love and enjoy. Please read below to see how I can help you.

All orders are final sale. Make sure to read the full descriptions before making a purchase. I do my best to make sure the colours on screen match the original. However, I cannot control colour settings on your own devices. I recommend you view pieces on multiple devices before purchasing to get the best idea of true colours.

What if my package arrives damaged? I deal with these situation on a case by case basis. However, I am not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of Canada Post. We take the best care to ship packages in sturdy materials to prevent damage. If your package arrives with damage that is out of our control.

What if my package doesn’t arrive? Before contacting me please check the tracking status and make sure it says it is delivered. Secondly, make sure the address you gave is accurate.

If a package is sent back to us I will be happy to resend it. If it is send back because the address was wrong or not picked up we will require postage be paid for resending it.

If you believe your package to have been lost, stolen or not delivered unfortunately I cannot do anything about that. You will need to contact Canada Post about these issues.
